At Outdoors Insight Inc., makers of Aqua-Vu, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to your satisfaction. If you need assistance with a purchase, our team is here to help.
One-Year Limited Warranty
Aqua-Vu products are backed by a one-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship from the original date of purchase.
If a product fails under normal use during the warranty period, Outdoors Insight Inc. may repair or replace the product at its discretion.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Misuse or abuse
- Unauthorized modifications
- Improper handling
- Self-repair attempts
Additional warranty terms:
- Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser
- Warranty coverage is non-transferable
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return products for service
- Out-of-warranty repairs and return shipping charges must be paid in advance
- Outdoors Insight Inc. is not responsible for packages lost during transit
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Products purchased directly from Aqua-Vu may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the original purchase price, excluding shipping charges.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be purchased directly from Aqua-Vu
- The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase
- The product must be in like-new condition
- Original packaging is required
Returns that do not meet these requirements may not qualify for a refund.
Return Authorization Required
All returns and exchanges require a Return Authorization (RA) Number before shipment.
To request an RA number:
- Contact our customer service team
- Securely package the product in its original packaging
- Include your RA number with the return shipment
