Shipping policy

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and ship from our Minnesota warehouse via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Delivery usually takes 3–8 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or other events outside our control.

International & Canadian orders: Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, tariffs, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for more information before ordering.
